When i wake up in the morning is when i have the strongest urgers to PM, thats bcuz of years of the same routine i guess, I've noticed the faster i get on my feet it disappears... Everyday of my 5days PMO free i had that urge when i wake up but just jumped up an took a shower... Im stoppin PMO for a few different reasons 1- i need my regular sexual desires for real women back 2- i hate not bein able to perform when i have an opportunity. 3- i have a whole gf who i knos love sex 4- i kno its not right to say this but theres other woman smh. 5- jus for the sake of ME. I think about PMO but the thought of relapsing terrifies me becuz i kno itz not gonna be worth it after itz done an ima feel worst then b4 i did it... The most dangerous thing is waking up too early or not being able to fall asleep. Doesn't happen to me that often but when it does it is difficulty level 100. It is the worst case scenario, not even sexy pics randomly popping up on a website is that dangerous to me.
It ways helps me having my alarm on the other side of the room so I can't turn it off without getting out of bed.
