Have you notice you have become more productive on this NoFap journey. Let me know your thoughts?
Well, yes and no. I wouldn't say that leaving away PMO will make you more productive if you actively replace your unhealthy behavior with a meaningful activity like sports, volunteering, etc. The change will come over a longer period. It will feel great to not procastinate but do something more meaningful with your time and this will slowly affect more and more areas of your life.
For me personally, when I'm on streak I'm more deeply interested in a productive stuff, working out, meditation, gaining knowledge from books and videos. It's just something I cannot explain. When I was fapping everything seems boring to me, I was doing stuff just to get it done, I didn't cared much about improving myself and quality of my life in general. So yeah, in my opinion NoFap it's a first step to rebuilding ourselves.
I remember how I just don't care about anything happening around me at work, when I'm tired after whole night spent watching porn, edging and masturbating. This ALWAYS make me wasted, dumping every task I get to do, completely uninterested in ANY practical stuff, neglecting hygene, dropping contact with family and friends.
I couldn't understand it, but there's a very strong correlation between nofap and a brighter life. I can see it. It works.
I want this to be me someday.
Get up 5.30/6am.
Go to bed 8.30/9pm.
My productivity has gone through the roof. Its amazing what difference it makes.
I'm unemployed I have nothing to do at home if I'm awake that long
Do things you enjoy. Dont do things you dont enjoy. Eg if you dont enjoy wasting time watching crap on youtube, then dont do it. Do somethign else, something you enjoy.
