Hi everyone, I heard about the negativity about porn and PMO when I was around 15-16, Im now 20 almost 21 and still struggling to remove it entirely from my life. I used to post on the yourbrainrebalanced forums and stopped after a few weeks. I'm planning on being far more strict on myself with using forums for support and supporting others. I hope to get to know you all a bit better in the coming weeks and months and wish you all well on your journeys.
Welcome, friend! It’s awesome to see that you’ve caught on to the dangers of porn at a very young age. Many of us here wish we would have figured it out that early. I wish you all the best on your journey. Stay active and continue to read and learn what your brain is doing when urges strike.
Thanks Tiger! I don't feel all that young when I've been fighting this for the last 5 years but I guess better now than later on! I appreciate the welcome to the forums and well wishes.
