Hi Guys This is my 4th time of trying to not masturbate. I have been going for 12 days now and i am really struggling, its 20;27 here in the UK and my mind is racing thinking about sex! I am confused still with the no fapping i understand its to help stop your addiction to porn but is there a healthy way to masturbate i.e to someone you are dating and when can you have sex with a mate. I am currently dating a girl atm.
Welcome Eddie, I'm glad you're here. Congrats on 12 days. There are no "official rules" to this. You decide what you want to do. Different people here have different reasons for giving up porn AND masturbation. But if you think about it, if you're having sex with your hand, how does that help your relationship (other than your "relationship" with your hand)? So, personally, I think there is no such thing as "a healthy way to masturbate."
