Hello all! I've been browsing the site since I joined a week ago and have seen a very positive atmosphere..I'm not much for social interaction but new ways for a new direction hopefully. I've been PMO'ing for 10+ years and have tried to stop sooo many different times. Sometimes it would last weeks, occasionally a month, but always fell back. I've been single my whole life and knowing this has been weighing me down and keeping me from trying to find someone. So my goal is to stop for good and get my life back in order :) Any words of encouragement would greatly help, I've been trying on my own and now know it's quite impossible..Thanks!!

    Welcome!
You will find as much or as little support as you want here man.
Read the beginners materials and tips and watch the vids/ted talks.
Get an AP and start a journal!! In other words.. Don't so much stop PMO as start a bunch of other things that fill up ur life!
    We're here for ya

Welcome. I don't comment often, your struggle is real and so many of us can relate. Just remember to take it one day at a time. If a day is too long, take it minute by minute or hour by hour. It's not easy but it is worth it. Many people use various addiction recovery programs. I personally use the LDS Addiction Recovery Program. Other use a more traditional 12-step program, like SA or AA. Some people prefer a non-religious non-spiritual program such as - Smart Recovery. Then of course there is yourbrainonporn. Not really a recovery program exactly, but an amazing resouce. Again, welcome, and good luck.
