Hi there I'm JBO and I'm a 28 year old male. I've been NoFap for 17 days now and are feeling great. I'm so glad that I decided to do this. I was addicted to porn and excessive masturbating. It left me feeling drained, depressed and unsatisfied in life. I had an encounter with a partner where I just couldn't get it up and that made me so ashamed and embarrassed. Luckily I could satisfy her in a different way. I knew I had to do something. After the first week of NoFap...I felt a huge spike in energy, confidence and overall strength to do anything. I started workingout and more focused on my guitar practices. I'm not depressed anymore, interact better with people and feeling more alive. Hope I can keep this up because I don't want to go back to the way things were. Wish me luck

Hey D.J Thank you for welcoming me. I am new to this and still working on my strategy. Mostly I'm going to avoid anything that will get me aroused except of course natural sex. I'm putting a rubber band around my arm so if the urge is there...I just pull and release the band as a reminder of my progress so far. What is your strategy?
