    I have had a porn problem since I was 13 and am wanting to stop completely...I also believe orgasm has caused much of my anxiety and BFS (muscle twitch disorder) due to the fact that orgasm overloads the nervous system like a short circuit. Also trying to eliminate coffee....wish me luck for the 1st month
