    New here and not sure what to expect. I’m a 34 year old man and I’ve been struggling with this since my teenage years. Hoping this time will be different.

    You've made the choice to quit. You know that it's an issue. That is the biggest and hardest step - admitting you have a problem. Be strong and optimistic, even during the toughest moments. You're only a failure if you give up. You can do this.
