Being sensitive down there

Hey folks,
Since I can remember , I have been pretty sensitive to touch down there, which would cause sex with new women to last a few minutes and even less.
My pennis can be very sensitive to touch and I have been wondering if this could be something that is also related to porn use (On the other spectrum of E.D).

I also think that a lot of it is due to excitement because it happened with new girls mostly.
When I had a gf, while we were dating I could last longer maybe because the thought of "OMG ITS HAPPENING" wasn't there later on in the relationship.
