There is this one porn star I always used to look up and fap to. She is a redhead with soft white baby skin. She looks like a walking angel on earth. The most beautiful woman I have ever seen on earth. I can't believe why she would be even doing porn and cant just settle down. I have a porn blocker on my laptop as well as on my phone that is almost impossible to by bass. So I am thinking using my mother's phone and then delete all her history afterwards!
I am acting almost like a crack addict! o_O

  2. Hahah.

There is a comedian I like who loves Krispy Kreme donuts. He says they are so soft and delicious and melt in your mouth ... “it’s like eating baby angels..”

But think about it... why would you like to see a woman you're attracted to get f? Don't you find it very odd?

Your fantasy is just that, fantasy. This girl is no angel. One of the reasons she likely got into porn is for the easy money.

Because you conditioned it do want it. It could've been conditioned to want anything, orgasm is a very powerful reinforcer.

  8. On social media a few years ago I contacted one of my favorite Playmates, she posed in the mid 1960s and she's in her early 70s now. When I contacted her and asked her if it was possible for me to get an autograph, she politely said.

"Son, I am no longer a young beautiful naked body, I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I am flattered that you like my pictures from 50 years ago but I will not sign any autographs"

I politely apologized she accepted it and the conversation ended.

A year later I contacted one of my favorite porn stars, she is in her mid 30s she retired about 8 years ago. The conversation was heartbreaking. She said this

"I don't do fucking porn anymore, please don't contact me, I hate that I even did that shit, everywhere I go, everytime I walk into a room, I wonder if everybody in there has seen me naked or sucking dick, so you do think I want a reminder of that shit".

I apologized she blocked me and that was it.

In both situations, I felt like shit because I got attached to personas that these women used in Playboy and porn. These personas were used to either further a modeling career that obviously one woman no longer has at age 72 and a persona that was used to make a quick buck in porn but effectively ruined one woman's life. In other words it's not real, they've moved on from it and so should I and so should you.

A porn-star died yesterday, the industry is ugly, it may put on a sexy and naked front but it's nothing like that and that was one of the reaosns I worked to break my addiction.

  9. Wow this account was amazing. I would give a standing ovation for how sad, gritty and tragic the human element is here. That’s what I need to read. Humanizing what was once a sexualized, objectified human. Thank you my friend. Best post I have read in a while.

I also found a porn star I liked on social media. She wasn't my favorite but definitely in my top 5. I found and wrote her on VK.com which is a Russian facebook, since she's Russian. She has normal pictures there with friends and her travel, nothing porn. I wrote her and send her a friend request but she denied it and didn't answer me.

  12. Sometimes the lack of response can be more jarring than actually getting a response. For me, I got both ends of the spectrum. The former Playmate was nice and polite, while the former porn star is obviously dealing with issues that she may have had before porn or developed during her time in porn and she reacted very emotionally and I'm not saying that criticize her, when it comes to porn and porn addiction we are on one end and she is on the other.

But for me, the viewing of porn obviously caused my common sense filters to be turned off. If a pornstar is on social media, using her real name and taking normal everyday pictures, she obviously is not trying to be contacted by fans. A 72 year old former Playboy Playmate who's been married for 45 years isn't interested in being flirted with by a guy young enough to be her grandson but this is a way that porn warps your mind, turns off your filters and ultimately makes you feel like shit and look like a blithering idiot.

  15. Just keep reminding yourself that your fantasy could one day become a reality if you abstain. That should help motivate you.

I read in an article how human trafficking victims are used in porn a lot. It basically was talking about how if you watch porn, you are also supporting human trafficking. Think about if your sister or daughter was kidnapped and forced to do porn. You had no idea, but other people were watching it thinking "Wow she's gorgeous, why would she do this" I'm not saying that redhead is a trafficking victim, but just talking about how the porn industry is a disgusting business. just these thoughts have stopped me from watching porn, but I still relapse to movie scenes which is a struggle. Stay strong my friend and don't give in!

  17. Maybe avoid R rated movies for a while?

Yea, on my last relapse, I blocked all sites with movie streaming. Even Youtube (I know pretty drastic) It's been going pretty well so far.

I think there's some excellent posts on here already.

The important thing to remember about your favourite star is that whilst you have a relationship with her (or him), they have no relationship with you. The relationship you have is all in your mind, as shown by the post above where Cee_Ryder made contact with those former performers.

Your addiction to this one star is no different to your addiction to porn in general, you have to break it.

Trust me she won't mind, or even notice.

  20. What you guys said really resonated with me. Lately, I reached out to this pretty face that I was stalking on Instagram, and she's from another country. She responded to me somewhat closing the conversation but very nicely, clearly enjoying the attention.

But man, that made me feel so ashamed. I feel that if I was to continue talking with this girl I could play sexting and other stuff, and for me, this is way too much. I deleted the messages and started NoFap once again. It was the fog, it looked innocent when I was doing this, but man, was I kidding myself.

I'm a married guy and don't need that kind of shit in my life. I love my wife and I don't ever want to cheat on her.
