    Good afternoon,

    I am 23 and I think I am addicted to porn and that i have used masturbation as a way to relieve stress when I am sad and frustrated, I have a habit of not handling my problems head on, and I have had a lot of problems with self esteem and feeling guilty and sad about how much i masturbate doesn't help at all, everything is connected and Id like to start taking charge of my life. So im new to this whole thing so wish me luck and im open to any suggestions to get over this thing.
