Hello all, I'm Cal. I'm a 24 year old engineer with an addiction to PMO. I am getting married this month and want to develop a healthier sexual relationship with my love. We do not have matching libidos, seemingly I have a much higher sex drive. This has caused some tension in our relationship in the past, but we are both logical people so after doing some independent research we concluded that sometimes sex drives don't match. She knows I masterbate, often, and watch porn but has accepted it as a coping mechanism for the offset sex drive. I have only started to PMO more and more. I am starting to notice it significantly impacting my work, my time, my phone data which may lead to financial burdens, and of course my relationship with my SO. I started a reboot yesterday, abstaining from PM with a goal of 30 days. Currently I have visited this site and just read forum threads during my typical temptation times away from home. At home I've been engaging more with chores and playing with my dog. I look forward to being part of this community. It's the first one I've found that is not guilt based.

As a logical person, I would ask you to ponder this, could it be that part of the reason you have differing sex drives is because you keep yours constantly in overdrive due to PMO? If you consistently keep an engine revved, if will always be hotter than one which has cooled and has to be restarted. Just a thought. The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
I have entertained this thought which is why I used the phrase "seemingly I have a much higher sex drive". I hope that a reboot and new approach to my sex life will help me discover what my natural self is.
