Brother, i can't judge by a picture. The indicators for PD are:

- do you have curvature in fully erect form that you didn't have previously? strong argument for PD
- do you have pain during a full erection at a specific location and always that specific location? arguable argument for PD if you don't have the other symptoms
- do you have indentation or hourglass formation? strong argument for PD
- do you feel a hard band-like tissue at a specific place on your shaft that gets harder over time? the strongest argument for PD

Those are the criteria that medical professionals use too. I can not judge based on pictures becuase I don't know waht your curvature was beforehand.
I will give you an example. My penis bends 45 degrees to the left, and I DONT have PD. If I were to send you a picture you would scream that I have PD, but i don't. I just have a wild curve from birth.
