Can't do this alone

Hey guys. New here. Been trying to quit without support but I can't hack it for any real length of time. I've decided that doing this alone isn't a great solution, and hopefully being able to interact and get advice from people who understand my problem will really help me. I've been fapping since the age of like 10, and i feel like a completely different person when the urge takes over, like a separate personality just consumes me. It's a scary feeling, and something I wan't to remove from my life for good.
