Cant seem to enjoy anything except pmo

Paraphrasing from a post I encountered here: abstaining from PMO is not a panacea. If you have other issues, those will have to be dealt with on their own. Especially if they're not related to PMO. However, abstaining from PMO may give you the time, enegy, and DISCIPLINE to solve those other issues.

 

probably the culprit is the PMO,
but whether or not the most important step in solving this problem is to abstain from the PMO

 

Welcome to depression. Imagine having it for several years. It's quite hard to enjoy life. Its draining. Your energy lacks, mood is low, joy sucked from you. You cant remember the last time life felt good. You're stressed out, exhausted.. everything is just too much. Withdrawal from PMO is hell... absolutely hell.

 

Have you considered depression? It is defined as lack of interest in life.
