Try quitting it for like 3, 5 days. If you experience withdrawal symptoms, you should at least reduce you daily caffeine intake. One to three cups a day is considered healthy usually.
What does coffee do for you? Different people get different reactions to coffee. Some need it to relax or sleep, but others need it to wake up. If you have any sexual feelings connected with coffee, it would certainly help to cut it out. It may help performance, but in reboot you are not trying to perform.
I don't find that drinking coffee has any effect on my attempt to quit PMO. But like anything in life, it's probably best not to exaggerate with drinking it.
If it helps you stay clean, feel free to use it. Brazil would not be the easiest place to reboot. While we lived in Buenos Aires, we visited a few times. It is a beautiful country, but there is too much skin shown in a strongly sexual atmosphere. Stay strong.
I dunno. Personally I hate coffee. does it interfere in your reboot? If yes, quit, otherwise you can keep drinking it
Do what works for you. If you enjoy it then quitting is unnecessary. Have one coffee a day..instead of loads
