I saw your post on my journal. Welcome. You have come go a good place. Lots of good folks on here making the same journey. My suggestion, pick a few threads to read. (How old are you. I am in the older age group and find there's a supportive community there. Pick some of the ones in your age group and check them out. I also suggest making a counter for yourself. I find mine very helpful, and it is a reminder every time I see it. Another idea, make your own journal and post a little something to it each day. That discipline will help your accountability. You are taking a significant step. Me and the guys on here offer our encouragement!
