Constant cycle

Hey Everybody,

My name is Caleb. I’m 21 years old and am a senior in college. I started watching porn around 13 years old, so basically around seventh grade. I’ve struggled with PMO since then. Just this semester is when I finally realized it was becoming a problem. I started talking to this girl and we wound up in bed one night. This was humiliating and pretty embarrassing at the time, but that night, I could not keep it up. We tried to have sex five different times to no avail! I decided to stop my porn addiction for about three weeks and noticed a significant change: increased growth and overall better attitude. That was back in October. Yet, I’m here because I picked up the old habit again and I want to quit it completely. I liked the way I felt without PMO and I want to actually enjoy the benefits that come with it. So I’ve come here because I’m ready to drop it all and take the first steps to recovery.
