Hey, im a 15 boy who likes boys and girls and ive had a problem for 2 years with PMO as i didnt have any other way to explore my sexuality but as someone whos into mental health ofc i understand and notice the bad effects of porn and im trying to stop so i signed up here and i honestly dont even know if i should write this here or somewhere else im kinda lost about how this website works so yeep... could anyone help me?

As tu pu aller voir le site Yourbrainonporn? Ce site m'a vraiment motivé car il donne des explications a ce que j'ai pu ressentir pendant toutes ces années.

Je viens sur le forum chaque fois que j'ai une impulsion à aller sur un site de cul et avec l'aide des fasptronauts en aretant de PMO j'ai pu progrssivement changer ma vie.
