    Are you isolated?
Having urges? Need some distractions from P and M??????

Lets make a list of things to do while either quarantined or practicing social isolation.
    Give me everything you got!

I am in 'semi-isolation' with my wife and child, which for us means no going out or social interaction with the exception of walks in the countryside every other day and trips to the food shop once a week (with extra trips to the local shop for milk etc if necessary).

I am attempting to study for exams that may or may not happen. It's difficult to stay motivated. Also means that I am alone in my room for long periods and feeling stressed.

on the plus side, we aren't too bad for money, as my wife still gets maternity pay. I have a load of books, both for study and entertainment, a load of DVDs/Blus and an internet full of interesting material and distractions. And our musical instruments and record collections, etc. We won't get bored, even if we do go a bit cabin feverish.

one thing I am always likely to overlook is exercise. In addition to my daily morning yoga (which I thoroughly recommend, especially if you have aching joints/etc like me, a wonderful way to wake up), and occasional walk, I also do old-fashioned BW type exercises - press ups, pull ups, crunches, lunges, squats, etc. You can get as fit as you like doing these, if you push yourself hard (which I don't particularly). Probably not shredded, but decently fit and strong.

Another thing which is already proving an issue is eating too much/bad food out of stress and boredom. I haven't got so much of a sweet tooth but I can munch on toast until I have ploughed through half a loaf of bread, without it even registering. I am trying to combat this with 'mindful eating', not eating in front of my laptop or the TV, etc.
