Hi everyone, I'm 28yr old, and I'm tormented by this addiction, specially because of the problems related to ED. I'm reading a lot of texts here, and i'm trying to overcome my ED and porn addiction. It's been 2 weeks since I don't watch porn, but I'm masturbating like twice a week. Almost always thinking about my ex. The crazy thing to my ED is that I didn't have ED problems with my exgf, but when it comes to new girls (she broke up with me recently) i just can't do it, specially when I get to the "put the condom" part. When I masturbate I try to use a condom just to get used to it. So I hope that joining this community and staying clear of porn will help me to solve this issue, i really hope.
Hey bro, welcome. Try to relax. Abstain from porn is awesome, but try to stay away from masturbation...just for a while (7 days, 30, 90, you choose). And you will see the difference Here you'll find a lot of success stories about ED.
