Daily seminal discharge at night

I am on day 48 (Hard Mode) , For first 5-6 days into my streak i suffered from seminal discharge at night while asleep which i only used to know when i woke up in the morning, then after 5-6 days it stopped happening but i started having signs of prostate congestion e.g weak urine stream , frequent visits to toilet , feeling urge to urinate frequently , this condition persisted for 20 days approx then i involuntary masturbated while asleep in which i was not in control of myself (suddenly in half sleep i started masturbation with no control over myself), after that frequent urination etc problems got better but again daily discharge of fluid started while i was asleep, It is now happening daily since few days . I don't have a clue why its happening? is it due to prostate issue ? did i mess up my prostate in 6 years of addiction ? I also had penile vein injury but its almost cured after 48 days of nofap ! but i am very concerned about daily seminal discharge at night ..
