    Try again. Keep fighting the urges. And always be mindful of what you do and stop whatever you think that can trigger PMO.

    Every time you decide to start no PMO again, you get better at it. Look at it as reps of lifting weights, but for your no-PMO mind muscles. Keep lifting

    Well said, @Rana333 . This 100% works[speaking from my personal experience].
    But in my case, along with the benefits of NoFap, I also added the reasons why I started NoFap in the first place. I recommend you to do that as well. All of this help to remind you that the long struggle will be worth it.
