I am feeling awesome. The storm is still far away. I usually get knocked off balance on weekends. So i have decided to plan my weekend early enough so i don't trip. I intend to visit friends in a diff town, so i wont be tempted in any way. Otherwise, today was okay. #25April2020 See you there folks
Don't plan anything just start the day and plan there itself.if u plan ahead there chance u will relapse.just remember key thing to avoid cravings.consider everyday as same.best of luck hope this reply helps u
