Day 50 first wet dream and flatline

    Overall my life has greatly improved. However i have reached a very interesting and i think critical phase. Flatline started recently as well as first wet dream in my life at day 50 of hard mode

    I would like to confirm that this was a wet dream. Because i had assumed with wet dreams you wouldn't notice it till the morning. Another thing, the wet dream was like a full blown ejaculation.

    So it was the middle of the night. I was in REM deep sleep and starting dreaming about sex, for what felt like only a few moments. Before I knew it there was this crazy surge and my body convulsed and started ejaculating and that's when I woke up.

    I remember just shouting silently "nooooooo!!" What the heck and when I looked i had fully ejaculated. I have not masturbated at all and have totally shut down fantasies these last 50 days. But what happened last night was beyond my control. It was completely subconscious. No rubbing or dry humping or touching. It just happened on its own. I was extremely scared at first that it was a relapse.

    This was my first wet dream and I thought that you slept through wet dreams but this one woke me up and apparently some people wake up and some people sleep through them.

    So i should NOT reset my counter right? As this was completely subconscious?
    I should mention that as of a few days ago I hit flatline. I've been feeling moody and depressed. I cried a lot yesterday because i was feeling down and my acne has flared up again last few days.. But i trust that at the end of this journey I will be healed and restored. Stay strong bros

    I envy you, I had the same experience but had a thought in the dream that I shouldn't cum because nofap and stopped sexual activity in the dream - I kinda wish I had allowed it as obviously my body was ready to offload. That said, Im on monk mode so that also makes me think I did the right thing, confused :) I'm sure if I continued it would have been my first wet dream (in my 40s!). I obviously wouldn't count it as a P or M relapse.

    Totally not your fault, man. I'm also in my 50's, and man, this flatline Is hitting me like a boss. But we need to continue walking through the fire. Sure, we feel like trash today, but we'll feel amazing tomorrow (or next week, or next month)

    That happened to me sometime after 30 days or so. Everyone told me not to reset my counter either. We are not expected to control our subconscious dreams. Keep your steak going and congrats!

    You are not alone. While reading your post, I thought I was reading someone else write a description of myself and laughed out loud :D I had a full blown ejaculating wet dream a few days ago too. I mean it was so intense that that kind of ejaculating only happened to me when I did PMO. But now the urges are here once again. In case the urges come for you too, be careful.

    I have woken up literally every single time I've had a wet dream except for ONE. I'm a fairly light sleeper as well I think but anyway no -- don't reset your counter.

    I’m pretty new here as well, but my understanding is that a flatline is when your body doesn’t get turned on at all. Erections are very rare and not very powerful ar all.
