    Today is day 9 for me and the peat few days were the worst for me overcoming my urges to PMO. Today I made plans to go golfing and those urges just about disappeared. I have been keeping myself active physically but noticed that social activities are just as important. I'm still in the early stages of PMO and socialization is gonna be one of the very tools to overcome this addiction.

    Yeah, best way to beat urges is to go out or just do something.
