Decomression techniques for introverts?

    I invite all the introverts to share their wisdom in dealing with decompression/relaxation after a big social event like a party, concert, high stakes office meeting or a road-trip?

    If there are enough responses I will update this first post with a summary.

    There are well known techniques of using yoga or exercise which are effective but have you found something else?

    you mean they don't need to find a way to release all the anxiety from big social interactions?

    Because big parties and social gathering leave a person with social anxiety really tired and worn out.

  6. I asked because I'm an introvert. I guess depending on the social interaction I might feel tired from all the anxiety.
