Deleted reddit account

I've been apart of the NoFap community on reddit for over a year now. It has changed my life in a lot of ways. Since I started "PMOing" I've had problems with social anxiety ,depression, etc. Some serious shit especially for a 13-16 year old. It was time to leave reddit especially when I started to go there for porn. That's really the entire problem with the reddit community. The last couple months I have been really slacking with NoFap thinking I can just leave it behind. But, it really bit me in the ass.
