Nofap becomes so much easier once you remove any possible temptations. I know its impossible to remove every single sexualised from your social media feed, but if you use reddit or instagram or even snapchat, there is a way to make it easier. I know this might be obvious to a lot of you, but if i knew this a month or two ago i'd be a lot further along my journey.

For reddit - remove yourself from any 18+ subreddits to start with. after that go into settings ➡ reddit preferences ➡ untick "include NSFW search results" and "I am over eighteen years old". After that (still in settings) go into content filters and untick "load images in NSFW posts" and "show NSFW".

For instagram - just delete it entirely. Chances are a lot of your mates use instagram daily and you might feel like youre missing out if you remove, but instagram is also really casual about sexualising women. Youre literally able to access content verging on porn in seconds. A lot of my mates get urges and relapse just by literally scrolling down their instagram feed. I can't force you to do anything, but outweigh the risk vs the benefit.

For snapchat - avoid going on the "for you" story page. Some stuff is kinda cool but majority is just clickbait shit or half-naked girls. If you see something that could make you potentially relapse if you tap on it, just hide it. Please do not tap it - does not end well (speaking from experience). Also if someone without an avatar adds you by snapcode or by name, chances are its either a bot or sex worker. Unless youre sure its not either, block them. Don't open their messages - most of the time it's a nude.

Cheers for reading. Good luck guys
