I do not know what videos you were watching, but this is normal.
Actually one of the reasons you are addicted to PMO is because you are lonely, only now you are starting to realize it!

The first streaks are very very difficult! You will have ups and downs, but the more you persist the better it gets, and the better you get at understanding yourself. Quitting an addiction is a long process.

 

Stop watching videos that promise you a bunch of unrealistic shit. In fact, don't even watch any videos about NoFap. You are probably depressed because you no longer use porn as a method of escape. This is a good thing, because now you need to confront whatever is making you feel this way. And it's not "because I'm not watching porn anymore." Dopamine does not heal you, it just makes you temporarily forget about stuff.

 

Don’t watch videos about NoFap on Social Media. They promise unrealistic expectations to get views. NoFap is a lifestyle change and a sexual health improvement guide. The reason why you feel terrible now is because you used PMO as a coping mechanism for your reality. Very similar to people who get addicted to Drugs, Smoking, and Drinking. Now you have to find something that is healthy to fill that void. For example, look up hobbies. Wikipedia has an extensive list of them on their website.

it has become a trend to make videos on NoFap....
They have no f idea what it means to be an addict, What it means to struggle with urge and overcome it.
As other folks have said, please stop watching nofap videos on social media.
