Well you should start to tackle this issue seriously, or you'll regret it.
Believe me, I started to do it when I was 23 at the end of the studies, well it was too late.
Step by step you have to fight the urges that distracts you.
15 minutes of focused studying. 5 minutes of rest without triggers, just fresh air.
again until you've studied 2 hrs(or less or more if you need).
Like this for 2 weeks.
Third week 20 minutes of focused studying.
fifth 25 minutes.
in 2 months you will be a focused student for at least 30 minutes, and without relapses because you studied and took fresh air.
