    Hello guys ! I just want your opinion in my case. I manage to get erections when i think about real deal sex that i had or sex with partner that i want to have sex. I cant get an erection when i i try to masturbate alone . But i do manage to get a slow erection when i masturbate with a photo of a hot girl. I haven't tried yet a real deal sex cause im scared that i would not be able to have an erection. ( It happened to me 1 time and 1 time i had pe).

    In order to confirm PIED you need many attempt of having sex with a real partner. Even if you fail once or twice you cant be really sure if its PIED or performance anxiety, tiredness, fatigue or just not in the mood and it affects you
