I've tried not doing anything for a month but I just feel like I am going insane! So I gave up and relapsed. However, when I tried again I fell into the same habit and gave up nodal for a week now. But then I tried a new technique, I relapse in intervals. I took a 3 day break then relapse. After repeating 2 times, I took a 4 day break then repeat the cycle. If The time is less than a week then I find a lot easier to not masturbate. I know this process is long but I think this helps me to adjust to longer periods. What do you guys think? Do you have any tip you would recommend to me or other people? Please reply
Think this, it's simple: keeping PMO in your life will change nothing for better, and can get worst! Try to do something different, this different thing is the reboot.
