    Soo sad!
    Once i realized about this worst habit and i give up it for a six month !
    I didn't use cellphone, internet,even i didn't see the attractive girls ! But after six months my life style had change! Soo i can't control myself! I started using phone,internet, sight soo many girls.its lead me to face again porn i was addict again to porn ! I feel very worst myself! Again before 10 days i feel bad myself so decide to stop again! But this time i won't give up! Please help me buddies! Help me to stop porn with usage of phone,and chat with girls,internet.now its 10 days ! I will be perfect i believe myself!

    Don't worry, just control your mind.

    Use your phone and the internet only if you really NEED them.

    Also, remember the benefits of not doing those things. Remember that what you want in your life is more important than what you want in those few moments of looking at girls or internet porn or whatever.
