doubt

    In relation to NoFap. Entering the Hard Mode mode, cutting the orgasm (sex / masturbation) is not harmful? would not develop problems in the erection of the penis or even develop prostate cancer?
    obs: my doubt came after researches done by me. in them was written a possible relationship between masturbation and prostate cancer, that masturbation would prevent cancer ...

    Another question, when we get the benefits of NoFap and have sex, do we lose the benefits?

    A lot of things are possible. Is it possible, or even likely that not everyone who does not masturbate develop prostate cancer? If it is such a simplistic one to one causal relationship then everyone who doesn't masturbate would develop prostate cancer. Do you think that is the case?

    in relation to my other doubt:

    I think everyone should work on themselves mentally as well as physically. When someone doesn't really do much mentally, that's where it's more of a fight. Why do you even think it might develop a problem with erection? There are a lot of people who feel the opposite, that's what PIED is - porn INDUCED erectile dysfunction. You have the opposite view/suspicion but you haven't said why you think so.

    I read some articles that said that if men stayed too long without masturbating or having sex, they might have problems with penile erection.

    I opened this topic to know the truth ... so you mean that will not cause me any problem?

    Did those articles say why that might be an issue? If they name specific reasons then the community here can address their arguments for that suspicion. Do you have any links to the articles?
