Dreams keep making me wake up questioning the state of my mind.

I haven't had any dreams of watching porn. I've had plenty of dreams of having sex with pornstars if that counts. Those dreams have gone down a lot for me. Now I almost exclusively fantasize about real life women.

 

Maybe we'll get a secret Christmas episode. The real finale. I wanna see something happen with evil Morty or Phoenixperson.

 

I rarely dreamed before I started a reboot, but I did have a dream in my fourth week of rebooting where I relapsed in the dream similar to you. I also had another one where I was browsing for P a week or so after that. I still believe it is our brain trying to process the rebooting. Also a way to tempt you into the former bad habits. The point is you resisted, and regretted it. The first one was pretty traumatic for me, and woke me from my sleep with lots of regret and disappointment that I relapsed. It took me awhile to even realize it was a dream once I had awoken, and I at least felt relief that I didn’t actually relapse and lost all that progress. The dreams will change, probably become more frequent, and most certainly less disappointing. It is a sign you are making good progress and can overcome this addiction in your subconscious, So reality should be even easier.

 

Dreams become more frequent as you go further down recovery. Initially I had two porn-type dreams at first then I had a sexual dream the other night. The porn dreams can be quite surreal as sometimes they are so lucid you think you have relapsed but rest assured you haven't.

 

Happened to me just the other night, for the first time ever. Dreamed that I was PM'ing, then realised what I was doing, and to my real disappointment continued anyway. Woke up, and was so relieved it was just a dream, but somehow still disappointed in my self. 'Surreal' was exactly the word to describe it, you're so right there Dude.

 

Dreams about porn and dreams about relapsing are quite common. I also take them as an indicator that one is changing and the subconscious is accommodating for this fact. And before anyone asks, you don't reset your counter after you dream about relapsing, no worries

Personally, I currently do not have problems with this kind of dream. Right now I have sex dreams, so that's good. But at the same time they are quite weird. The women look more like call girls, rather than the girl next door. So that is still quite messed up.
