Have you had dreams after 1 year without porn, that you have dreams, that you have a lot of porn videos in your computer and you are browsing through them?
I was having these types of dreams before NoFap, I would be in a dream, and seeking out a laptop or computer to look at porn, it occurred way too much, i remember waking up from these dreams and realising how much of a red flag that is, instead of seeking out sex, i was seeking out porn. I have only had one of those dreams since doing NoFap, and that was maybe the 2nd week.
I had these types of dreams. Most often it was during a long streak, as if my mind was attempting to come to terms with my new lifestyle. It served as a positive thing to me as I knew to keep doing the right thing and not return to PMO.
