ED problems 70+/- days into reboot?

Fellow fapstronauts,
I've been on a reboot for over two months, my first attempt at it, two P relapses, a handful of M and O. I've been seeing a great girl for a few weeks now, and when we first started having sex it was amazing, just crazy great sex almost every night for two weeks. However, the last two times we've been intimate, I have failed to get an erection.... I'm wondering what the hell is going on. I like this girl alot, and I don't want to mess up this relationship and I also don't want her to think I'm a freak. Should I tell her about my addiction to P? Also why such great sex at first with no ED and DE problems, and now I am a flaccid turd? Might I just have pushed myself too hard too early in my reboot? has anybody else had a similar problem? Any insight?
