Don't know what your porn habits are like and with what you say it sounds like you know your problem and you don't need nofap for it, just get rid of the weed man. It's that simple, if weed does that to you then it's not worth it, but it may all just be in your head, it may have happened once at first and now every time you smoke, you're going to expect it and your brain knows this. It does a lot for itself out of our control.
I feel it's a sign that you're very close to full blow ED. It's happened to me as well. Keep up PMO for a couple more months/years and you'll have the same issue when sober.
It was like that for me too. But the real problem for me is that weed would always lead me to PMO. every single time. (and kind of increased the depression I was in by letting me do nothing for hours every day). I gave up weed completely. It is extreme. But without a doubt, weed had been my all time biggest trigger for porn and dropping it had really great results on my life and my boner.
Weed numbs your neuro cells that causes less response from brain to dick nerves. Same with excessive amount of alcohal or any other drug.
