ED with Feels like dying inside, no feeling

Hi,
I am 29 year old male, did no PMO for 180 days recently then relapsed. I did 60 days years ago when I was 25 and it felt different, I had more energy and benefits etc. But now I have weird symptom. Not just ED.

1. My hair is greying fast.
2. My skin is thin and dry, I rarely sweat, even when I am doing heavy lifting in gym.
3. I always feel weak in gym as if I am making no progress.
4. Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep.
5. (Important one) I wake up very tired, and it takes me long time to move from bed.
6. Low libido, zero desire in sex, nothing turns me on, I have no desire to see even porn. But it comes back random times for brief moment. That's how I relapsed.
7. Hair very light, falling hair.
8. Sometimes have digestion issue
9. Difficulty losing belly fat, dry skin
10. I get morning wood sometimes
11. (important) Even during morning wood when I have full hard erection, there is no throbbing sensation, penis doesn't feel any warmth, and my heart doesn't beat fast or any excitement.
12. Ejaculating feels like pissing, not much fun
13. Almost no pleasure from rubbing tip of penis.
