    Hey guys I've been porn free for around a 100 days now, I've had sex twice, and I masturbated once yesterday. It wasn't to any images I was just in the shower cleaning and it happened. However, last week I was hooking up with this girl and I could not get hard, like at all, I asked her if she could help me out and get hard. I came almost immediately. Is this lasting ED just a side effect and will pass, or have I done some serious damage here?

    How old are you and what is your physical shape? Do a testosterone test and see what it comes up with.
