    With PMO, you have trained your brain to only like sex when you masturbate. Now your brain does not desire sex in any other way, it only wants PMO. This is the reason for getting erect now only with PMO.

    Give up POM, you will be back to normal but could take several weeks maybe several months. varies by person and their situation.
