Enslaved by pornography

Since i was about 12 i have viewing pornography. At first i thought it was no big deal, even though i knew i wasnt suppose to watch it. Over a period of time obviously it began to over come me and form into a legitimate addiction. I have great qualities and love my friends and family but when i view porn, i become socially isolated, self centered, and shut off. Those qualities are diminished by the guilt and shame i face from viewing degrating porn. And i cant be as close to those friends and family i love so dearly. All because of my love for porn. It kills me to say that i love it but i know that i do, at least before viewing then after is a gross disgust and hatred for what i view and myself. I want to conquer this ongoing battle. Ive tried in the past and had some success but then get pulled back in.
