Even a 5 minute fap every 4 days is too much

    When I look at that statement that's how I know I'm an addict. I've got it to the point of fapping once quickly every 4 days or so with no chaser, but the reason I know I'm an addict is that urge buildup and feeling like shit again. Nice to know there are guys out there who can do this and not give it a second thought, then again maybe it's not so nice to know. It's my reality and damn it to hell I hate it.

    Make it 90 days before you try to add fapping back to your life. Even then, ejaculation is something you save for special occasions. There are ways to teach yourself how to orgasm without ejaculation, even with a partner. For now though, focus on getting that streak up.
