    Porn is also an addiction like smoking, alcohol, and games....the problem is the dopamine that released in your brain. I installed porn blocker but still i would disable it and watch later. because of this addiction, i stopped staying alone in the room (i leave the door open if i stay inside the room) and put a rubber band in my wrist so that my hand won't go to the penis
