Reality is very different from fantasy.

My biggest fetish is cuckold and it revolves in part around not having sex with my partner. The fantasy is likely to look like a porn film, with the other guy being more masculine than me in every way. The reality is likely to be some stinky dude who looks nothing like a porn star.
