Hey guys. I know you probably get this a lot but I found this forum and I'm very glad you exist. I have been married 3.5 years and I had a relapse into porn a year into our marriage and have been trying to get back to health since then. I find it comforting to know that there are a bunch of other people on here who are in this fight or have recovered very well. Each streak of sobriety has been longer since I finally admitted I have an addiction. I just slipped after 140 days and am back on the road to recovery again. In your opinion what are the biggest things that you feel have helped you in your recovery journey?

Great work on the 140 days! You can make it back and surpass the count!!
Tackling trigger avoidance. For me it was disabling FB on my phone, changing my morning/evening routine and being around more people (or out in the open) has helped. Not saying I am a trailblazer at this (joined today and only at day 3 of PMO) but recognizing my habits and making small, consistent changes is helping.
