    Hi Guys ive been an addict to porn and masterbation for nearly 10 years now. Ive tried varios therapist, courses, etc. however, experienced very little success.

    Its destroyed my emotional and spiritual state, and also my overall productivity.
    I am aware of the physical damages it can aslo cause such as ED, Scary !

    I useally act out every 3 days but recently I have managed to get some control over it, and only act out once a week.

    Its been a secret for many years in my family. Nobody knows my suffering. Sad times. Also never been in a relationship. Suffer from low self esteem.

    I want to stop !
