Regardless the frequency, I don't think you should feel guilty about something your body does on its own. You can't control, objectively, a wet dream. Stay at peace and the frequency will surely drop to somewhat more 'average' numbers. Also, staying well away from stimulants can be a big help. What you do affects what you dream of, so may it not be something that gets you off anyway.
