gama and rammurti:two SR legends

    great gama and professor rammamurti were two wrestlers and strongmen from India,they did brahamcharya and had great feats like
    gama lifted 1200 kilos stone and carried it
    ram murti made coconuts fall by shaking a tree,performed the human chain feat,threw a matador bull to the ground by the horns.

    They never lifted weights,just dands and baithak,5000 a day, 3000 a day. they both were celibate since teenage years,in India they're still fondly remembered. I started doing their workout,i cant complete it yet.
    if you dont believe google pics of hershel walker,he doesnt lift,just bodyweight excercises.

    They also trained probably their whole lives and avoided debilitating their body essence in youth, ha. But for sure, hard work can take one there too. The path is not for talent alone.
